Race Recap from Joe Clites crown vic race at Auburndale Speedway:

Sadie qualified 6th in a 39 car field and Levi Parsons would beat her by .028 for 4th place qualifying spot! Our Calli girl set it on the pole! 💪

The invert put Sadie starting 3rd which is where she stayed for the first 17 green flag laps already catching lap traffic!

Restart she chose top because she didn't show up for 3rd.. ran up top great even leading a lap! Battling for 2nd on the outisde and the bottom car got loose, when contact was made it lifted Sadie's LR tire off the ground and she lost multiple spots. Just a racing deal but proud of how she raced. Worked her way back up to 5th and that's where she finished! Not the result she wanted but in a 39 car field of stout drivers, top 5 isn't too bad!

Dad (Levi) would finish right behind her in 6th! He even got to practice in a pro late model for the first time ever thanks to Cody Durham! Rain came and the rest of the races were canceled. We spent a while in the tech shed but all was good with top 5 drivers! 🏁

Sadie and Layton will be back at Auburndale Speedway Saturday night!

Thanks to everyone who supports our kiddos and gives them the opportunity to do what they love! God has blessed us with a family of racers and we will continue to glorify him in all we do!

Ride with Layton for his feature race! You will see where he gets hit under caution after lap 1 and then his car doesn't drive the same lol

He managed to finish the race and get what he could out of the car. Toe knocked out and roof flapping, he had his hands full! This will help him grow as driver!

Sadie drove her butt of last night!

Crown vic she started 4th row outside (8th) in a 17 car field. Worked her way up to 4th. Lap 13 she had a racing incident and got sent to the rear. She drove back up through the field for a 3rd place finish! 💪 Thanks to Travis Kirby, Cowpops and Damon for helping with crown vic in tech while Levi spotted for Adam and Sadie got ready to race her legend!

Wish she could have had a shot to race with the leaders but proud of her for not giving up and digging from the back!

Cowpops was able to bring it home 4th! He was looking like he might have a podium finish but Sadie had other plans 🤣 It is so fun to watch them race side by side not giving an inch! We will take 3rd and 4th. Especially since Cowpops busted his radiator in practice and had lots of work to do before the race!

Sadie also finished 3rd in her legend car. Not many cars but the ones that showed up were all competitive cars running fast, close times! We are showing up with no extra springs or spare parts and making it work! All seat time is good no matter the car count! Congrats to Bryson on the win!

Kelly Kirby bounced back after a rough end to prac Friday night and start to Saturday to get a 2nd place finish in another stacked and tight field of cars!

Super thankful to all the work Levi Parsons puts into the team! He is constantly working on cars and racking his brain for things to try! He also got to spot for Adam Briggs last night and he brought home the win in two classes!

Want to give all the glory to God for allowing us these opportunities! Next week we will have the crown vics back at Auburndale Speedway for the Joe Clites 40 lap crown vic race! 🏁
