From beginners through competitive athletes, our curriculum is to maximize each player's improvement, understanding and enjoyment. Programs
Level 1 and 2 (Kids from 6- 12 years old)
Our skills and experience will help to provide the best foundation for each kid to grow in his or her tennis career. There are many tools to be used in the form of work at each level. In the first contact of the stud
ent with the ball it is important that he or she feels how it is to play tennis in a simpler and easier way. For this, our academy uses smaller courts, lighter and slower balls and simpler rules, which facilitate teaching basic techniques and tactics. Our coaches will provide a wide range of exercises and games that will gradually give the basis for students to move through levels with good quality and without skipping steps. The system used is the Play & Stay, which is divided according to age, game speed and size of the group. Divided into three levels:
Red Court - Red Ball - game speed 75% slower
Orange Court - Orange Ball - game speed 50% slower
Green Court - Green Ball - game speed 25% slower
Advance Beginners
The objective of this level is to focus on the development of simple techniques and tactics of students who already have had contact with the ball for some time, and as they develop, they will move to the next group of training. There is also a huge variety of progressive exercises with small increases in their level of complexity, so the idea is not to skip the learning steps
High Level Junior Program
The High Level Junior program is based on training and development of kids that are more advanced in their technical skills, footwork, movement, and strategy as we start introducing the players to tournaments and competition. A combination of feed ball drills, live ball drills, competitive drills, match play, physical and mental conditioning permits each junior to develop the necessary technical, tactical, physical, and mental skills to reach their potential. This program is structured to create balance between skills development, competition, and fun.
