What a beautiful day!!💙💜 The 5th annual CrossFit fundraiser and competition was an ABSOLUTE success and beautiful representation of our amazing community. ❤️

Many thanks are due to the coaches and athletes at who either participated, helped judge, cleaned, or supported our athletes this day. You all helped it to run as smoothly as it did! 🙌🏼❤️

Many thanks to our vendors who came to take care of our athletes while they performed tough workouts and support our cause!


The athletes that came from surrounding gyms as well as those farther out, YOU are what made this an event. Thank YOU for sharing your time and talents with us!!💪🏽💜💙 The camels 🐪 from and our friends from , thank you so incredibly much for joining us fighting the good fight! 🎗️

My heart is so incredibly full! ❤️❤️❤️Today we held the 4th annual for ***deawarness and I am overwhelmed with the love, support, and encouragement that was shown today to me and this wonderful community! 🙏🏼 I cannot thank our vendors enough for being there today for our athletes: 💚💚 The communities of 🐪 and 🏋🏻‍♀️ for coming out today to let us love on you and to support our cause. My GYM family you all are amazing and your generosity is unmatched. It was an emotional day for sure, but also one of gratitude and hope for the future to ***de. 🚫 Let’s keep fighting the good fight and share the love! ❤️.
