Free physicals will be provided by Ozarks Healthcare on June 3rd starting at 9am. Physicals are required every 2 years in order to play sports.
Ozarks Healthcare is once again partnering with local schools to provide free sports physicals for students this spring and early summer, helping ensure area youth are healthy, safe, and ready to participate in athletics and school activities. ๐๐พโฝ
These convenient on-site physicals are completed during the school day, making it easier for families to meet this important requirement. Schools will send home physical forms for parents or guardians to complete and return on the scheduled date.
Weโve already been out in the community this season, providing physicals for students at the Koshkonong R-3 and Fairview School Districts, and weโre just getting started.

Sports physicals do more than check a box - they help ensure students can safely participate in activities and can also identify potential health concerns early, supporting long-term physical and mental well-being. ๐ฉบ
