🚨📣ATTENTION 📣🚨

The park is missing a GFL 12x12 tent. If was in the case at the entrance of the baseball and softball fields. It was taken down Friday evening. Was missing the following morning.
If you so happened to know who has it or happened have taken it PLEASE return it ASAP.

It has GFL logos on all 4 sides very noticeable. We just want it back so we can return it to the rightful owners. Thank you!

As the 2026 North Carolina Dixie Youth Softball World Series comes to a close, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude.

🏆 Congratulations to Team Charlotte county Virginia 12u Ponytails on claiming the title of 2026 Dixie Youth Softball World Series Champions! Your determination, teamwork, and resilience were incredible to watch, and you have certainly earned this championship.

🥈 We would also like to recognize and congratulate North Carolina Central Columbus on an outstanding tournament and your accomplishment as the 2026 World Series Runner-Up! What an amazing season and an incredible representation of North Carolina.

To every player, coach, family, volunteer, umpire, sponsor, and fan—thank you. Whether you brought home a trophy or not, every single team represented their community with pride, heart, and sportsmanship.

Making it to the Dixie Softball World Series is an achievement that few get to experience. It takes months of dedication, countless hours of practice, unwavering support from families, and a love for the game that never quits. Each of you should be incredibly proud of what you've accomplished. Championships are won on the scoreboard, but character, friendships, and memories are what last a lifetime.

From all of us here in North Carolina, thank you for allowing us the privilege of hosting you for the first-ever Dixie Youth Softball World Series in our state. We hope you leave with wonderful memories, new friendships, and a little piece of North Carolina in your hearts.
