Too many folks are sitting still and wondering why their joints ache, their backs hurt, and their energy's low.
It’s not age. It’s inactivity.
We can’t complain about stiff knees and sore backs if all we do is go from the desk to the couch.

A sedentary lifestyle is silently robbing us, of strength, vitality, and years off our lives.
Movement is medicine.
Sweat is therapy.
Activity is how we fight back.

- **Fat Burning:** Minimal

4–8 Hours (Early Fasting)
- **Primary Fuel:** Stored glycogen + residual glucose
- **Insulin:** Starting to drop
