Modification Monday - Table Top (Bharmanasana)

Benefits: This pose offers a gentle stretch to the arms, shoulders, wrists, hips, core, thighs, knees, and spine, relieving tension.

A Few Modifications:

If you’re feeling pain in your wrists while in Table Top, consider a modification that takes the pressure off your fingers, wrists and hands by using your fists instead.

If you’re feeling pressure in your knees, you can add extra cushion by folding your yoga mat toward you or, if desired, bring a folded blanket under the knees for extra cushion.

🐶🧘‍♀️ Puppy Yoga is THIS FRIDAY!

Join us Friday, September 11 at 11:00 AM at Scudder Primary School for an hour of yoga, puppies, and a whole lot of smiles — all benefiting Freedom Canines International.

This year’s class will be led by Debbie Deleeon of the soon-to-open Hill Country Yoga Studio, and we’re so excited to partner with her for this event!
