Happy Birthday to one of the OGs of the Dream Team — Coach BG! 🖤💛

From day one, BG has been part of building what Dream Athletics is today. Whether he’s working coed stunts, supporting our scholastic athletes, or helping athletes gain confidence and push their skills, he brings so much knowledge and heart to our gym.

We’re incredibly grateful to have had him with us since the very beginning and proud to call him part of the Dream family.

🚨PROVEN IS COMING TO DREAM ATHLETICS! 🚨

We are so excited to welcome Proven Coed Stunt School to Dream Athletics on Saturday, October 10!

This is an incredible opportunity for athletes to get hands-on coed stunt training with the Proven staff — tons of reps, immediate feedback, corrections, and coaching designed to help athletes build confidence and level up their skills.
