Tuesday -
6 p.m. - Sweat to the Beat (Family Friendly) - Class includes POUND, Zumba and STRONG - Siegel JCC - Studio 2
Wednesday -
5:30 p.m. - Circuit Training - Siegel JCC - JFit Studio
6:30 p.m. - Zumba - Siegel JCC - Studio 2
Thursday -
6 p.m. - Strong Nation + Zumba Toning - Siegel JCC - Studio 2
Saturday -
9 a.m. - Bootcamp - Siegel JCC - JFit Studio
3 p.m. - Virtual Pound Fitness - Siegel JCC Zoom (Note: JCC members should reach out to the gym or contact me directly for the link. Feel free to message me if you have questions.)
Sunday -
10:45 a.m. - Weekly Fitness Jam - Pound, Zumba, Strong Nation with Noel, Talia and Kelly - Talley-Day Park (weather-permitting) and Zoom. Follow Fitness Jammin' in Wilmington: Pound, Zumba, Strong, Repeat for updates!
