Kicking off 🏀 off season training with a full week of opportunities to strategically GET BETTER ‼️
The purpose of these sessions is to ensure that players are still improving athletically while recovering from the grueling physicality of the season.
Youths (ages 11-16) will have the opportunity to participate multiple training sessions throughout the day with a schedule that is similar to high level players.
