Ladies- join us & Women on Wheels for our next Sip, Chat, and Fuel Up clinic on May 8th at 5:30pm — we’re bringing the same cozy vibe with coffee, lattes, and yummy electrolyte options to sip while we connect and learn. ☕✨

We’re super excited to welcome Julie from Strength N Honor Nutrition, who’ll be sharing powerful insight on fueling our bodies as female endurance athletes — from getting enough calories to sustain our rides to building strength through nutrition. 💪

As always, we’ll start with a 30-minute social hang, followed by a 30-minute learning experience and a 20-minute wind-
down with space to ask questions, connect, and brainstorm what you want to see next!
