I swear, there’s just something about having an acai bowl after sitting out in the sun all day. Cold, refreshing, loaded with fruit, and it just absolutely hits the spot 😂

Found this really cool spot here in Madeira Beach called .float Super chill vibe, fresh fruit everywhere, and they even have a little boat loaded with watermelon, coconuts, and pineapples that rides up and down the coast selling fresh-cut fruit right off the boat 🥥🍍🌊

Definitely one of the cooler beach spots I’ve come across in a while.

One of the only spots where you actually burn more calories than you eat… and trust me, that’s saying something 😂

Used to live in the gym… push, pull, legs, bro splits — the whole thing.

Now? I’m training 2–3x per week, full body… and honestly, I’m seeing some of my best results.

Life got busier — in all the right ways.

I just don’t have 10+ hours a week to spend in the gym anymore…
and truthfully, most people don’t either.

So I adjusted.
➡️ Higher intensity
➡️ Smarter programming
➡️ Full body focus

And my body is responding very well.
A lot of people don’t realize this — after a few months, your body adapts.

If you don’t switch things up… you plateau.
This isn’t about doing less.

It’s about doing what actually works for your life.
Train smarter. Not just longer.
