Billtown Boomrats 14U Lose To Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U

Billtown Boomrats 14U lost to Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U 5-1 on Saturday at Current Location.

Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Lucas Colon walked, and Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U scored on a wild pitch, each scoring one run.

Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U added one run in the second. Mason Mirabella doubled down the left field line, making the score 3-0.

Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U added one run in the third. Grayson Bevington flew out, making the score 4-0.

Makai Robinson earned the win for Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U. The starting pitcher surrendered four hits and one run over five innings, striking out six and walking three. Gavin Miller took the loss for Billtown Boomrats 14U. The pitcher went two and two-thirds innings, giving up four runs on three hits, striking out two and walking six.

R***r Salada went 1-for-2 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in. Miller, Braedon Gusick, Jonah Nieto, and Salada each collected one hit for Billtown Boomrats 14U.

Colon led Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U with two hits in two at bats. Mirabella, Colon, and Bevington each drove in one run for Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U. Robinson led Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, tallying eight walks for the game. Smash It Sports - Kazmark 14U didn't commit a single error in the field. Bevington had the most chances in the field with eight.

Billtown Boomrats 14U Claim Victory Over Grind Athletics 14U

Billtown Boomrats 14U were victorious against Grind Athletics 14U 4-1 on Saturday at Legends Fields.

Billtown Boomrats 14U were the first to get on the board in the first when Bryton Banks singled, scoring one run.

A sacrifice fly by Banks extended the Billtown Boomrats 14U lead to 2-0 in the top of the third inning.

Kellyn Wool earned the win for Billtown Boomrats 14U. The starter surrendered six hits and one run over six innings, striking out five and walking none. Chase Stitzer took the loss for Grind Athletics 14U. The pitcher went six innings, surrendering four runs (three earned) on five hits, striking out five and walking three.

Banks provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led Billtown Boomrats 14U with two runs batted in. The 3-hole hitter went 1-for-1 on the day. Leadoff hitter Jonah Nieto led Billtown Boomrats 14U with two hits in three at bats. Nieto stole two bases. Billtown Boomrats 14U didn't commit a single error in the field. Daniel Whitnack had the most chances in the field with seven.

Brayden Tkaczyk, Colton Ziobro, Luke Adzema, Henry Kovach, Nathan Long, and Bobby Chipego each collected one hit for Grind Athletics 14U. Chipego led Grind Athletics 14U with one run batted in. The right-handed hitter went 1-for-3 on the day.

Happy Father’s Day to all of our Boomrat Baseball dads!

Today is your day… which means you might only have to talk about batting averages, exit velocity, pitch counts, and umpire calls for half the day instead of all of it!

Thank you for all the miles on your vehicles, the weekends at the ballpark, the money spent on baseball gear (that somehow keeps disappearing), and for mastering the art of folding chairs, sunflower seeds, and keeping the GameChanger scorebook open.

Most importantly, thank you for raising a great group of young men. Your support, encouragement, and example are a huge reason this team continues to grow, compete, and enjoy the game.

We hope you get to relax today—at least until someone asks you to play catch in the backyard!

Happy Father’s Day from the Boomrat coaching staff! Thanks for everything you do for this team.

Happy Mother’s Day to all the incredible moms of Boomrat Baseball 14U!

Thank you for every early morning, long weekend, packed cooler, washed uniform, car ride, sideline cheer, and constant support you give this team. Your dedication, encouragement, and love help make these boys better players — and even better young men.

We appreciate everything you do behind the scenes to make this season possible. Today we celebrate YOU! 💙⚾️
