Today we’re introducing one of the coaches who has been helping our girls grow both on and off the field!

With 7 years of coaching experience, his favorite part of coaching is simple: watching the girls grow as athletes and as people. ❤️

For him, tournament weekends are about more than just the games. It’s about watching the team bond between and after games, making memories, laughing together, and building friendships that go beyond the softball field.

That’s what OutKast is all about — building athletes, building people, and building memories that last a lifetime.

🥎 IT’S TIME TO MEET COACH TOMMY! 🥎

With 1 year of softball coaching under his belt, Coach Tommy’s favorite part is seeing that moment when the girls finally “get it”—whatever skill they’re working on. His tournament weekends are all about watching the girls play the game they love and work so hard for, and if he had a walk-up song, you’d hear “Metalingus” by Alter Bridge! 🎶

Most of all, he hopes the girls look back on this season and remember the love of the game and the joy of the process. 💙🥎
