2022 ➡️ 2023
In 2022, I thought eating less and barely fueling my body was the “healthy” way. I was constantly focused on the scale, under-eating, and hoping that shrinking myself would make me feel better—but honestly, I just felt weak and exhausted.
Fast forward to 2023—I started eating more, lifting heavier, and stopped letting the scale control me. I focused on being consistent and building strength, and it completely changed how I feel in my body. I’m healthier, happier, and so much stronger—inside and out.
