A good way to avoid eating out is to meal prep! This may be obvious information to some, but many people simply don’t have this idea in their thought process due to other variables in their lives. having the food already prepared will make you more likely to eat it instead of fast food or seeking clean options at a sit down restaurant. Do I need to mention saving $ 😂 fyi chicken will last around 1 week, beef lasts 3-4 days. Figure out what meats your stomach can process easier and focus primarily on that! Now hit the store
