However, there are also positive, productive actions we can take to calm the nervous system, remove physical and emotional tension and pain all while opening to freedom in the body and a greater self awareness.
There is a reason why yoga has been an honored practice for thousands of years and one of those reasons is that yoga is for everyone; regardless of age, size, or physical ability, this practice is for you.
