Willamina JBO Our program is available to youth in Willamina, Sheridan, and Grand Ronde.

Willamina JBO is a non-profit youth baseball organization with a goal of helping youth develop baseball skills at a competitive level while making sure kids enjoy the sport.

Seniors were in Scappoose tonight. They had a fun back and forth game. But unfortunately fell short of a win. A very fun highlight is when Hunter Watkins had a inside the park home run. He may have been bribed by Sarah Sitton to get a good hit and receive a treat. 😁 (The sandwich was consumed immediately after the home run.)

We had some close games tonight. The Junior's team had a back and forth game and lost by one. And the Minors team ended up with a big win when Blake Ceballos singled and Evelyn Holsclaw who stole multiple bases scored the winning run. Great job Teams!

We have Hunter Sitton #2 and Hunter Watkins #44 from the Seniors team that have been invited to the Westside Senior Showcase Saturday June 13th. Hunter Sitton is a good pitcher and excellent first baseman. He also leads the team in hits and RBI'S. He has had two monster home runs this year.
Hunter Watkins throws harder than just about any eighth grader out there. If he is pitching, he is often getting double digit strikeouts a game. If he is not on the mound, he is playing shortstop and not much is getting by him.
We would love to get our community out to support these guys. Hunter Sitton plays in the first game at 2:00. And Hunter Watkins plays in the second game at 6:00.

The Juniors team suffered a tough loss in Gaston. They did have a much improved defense tonight. Aaron and Kyler did a good job on the mound. Luke Mecham got his first triple of the year. They will be back at it in Newberg on Monday.

The Seniors team had a great game against Newberg. It was a team effort, with great hits from Bryson Goplen, Hunter Sittion, Owen Downs, and this great hit from Jaxxon Pownall that drove in 3 runs. Pownall also finished the game on the mound. Go Dawgs!
