Exciting Update from FemPower LLC š
Many of you have followed my journey over the years, and Iām incredibly grateful for your support. Since beginning my health and fitness transformation in 2021, Iāve faced and overcome some of my biggest personal challengesāespecially those related to my weight, health, and self-image. This past year marked a turning point: I made the decision to prioritize myself, confront my insecurities, and commit fully to my growth. The progress Iāve made has exceeded anything I imagined possible.
Now, Iām thrilled to shift my focus toward helping others do the same. As I continue on this path, youāll notice that this page will begin to reflect more of a business presence as I build FemPower LLC, a long-time dream thatās finally taking shape.
I recently graduated with my Associateās degree and am currently completing my Personal Training Certificate through my school. I will soon be nationally accredited, and Iām beyond excited for what lies ahead.
As I enter this next chapter, Iām eager to connect with more of the community and form new, empowering relationships. Iām constantly learning, evolving, and growingāand I canāt wait to share that journey with you all.
In preparation for my certification, Iām offering a limited number of FREE personal training spots for women who would like to work with me as I practice and refine my coaching. Iām looking for supportive, motivated individuals who are ready to invest in themselves, just as Iām ready to invest in you. This will be a learning experience for both of usāand one Iām genuinely excited to begin.

As a mother of two, I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to reconnect with your body and identity after motherhood. My mission is to be more than just a trainerāI aim to be a source of support, encouragement, and guidance as you rediscover your strength and confidence.
Iām also committed to ongoing education about PCOS and its unique challenges in womenās health and fitness. Additionally, as a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community, creating an inclusive and welcoming spaceāregardless of labelsāis at the heart of everything I do.
