Get Fit with Gina-Ann Cole Fitness instructor at Genesis Health Clubs in Wichita. I do this by starting with basic, simple moves and adding on as the songs goes on.

Tuesday:
Forever Fit - Genesis Rock Road 10 AM

I try to make my classes easy enough for beginners, but challenging enough that my regulars don't get bored. I encourage people to have fun, let loose, and add their own personal flare in my classes. Even if you aren't doing the moves "right" just keep moving, and mos
