Frontiers in Flight patrons and Team McConnell fans, our third-party vendor notified us that all 25 Aug premium and beer garden seating purchases were refunded through eTix.

Thank you again for your patience as we worked through contractual obligations with our vendor in the aftermath of the storm event on 25 Aug. We hope we will see you at our next Air Show!

💡 McConnell’s Airshow planners are still in negotiations with the third party vendor with regard to reimbursement for on-base premium seating. We ask for your patience, but there are a number of contractural requirements for any adjustment to expenditures that already occurred prior to the unexpected weather event, which we're still working through to resolution. We will communicate with customers when complete with negotiations. Thank you for your understanding.

💡We understand many of you are seeking information about refunds for premium seating and beer garden tickets following the cancellation of the air show. Our team is currently reviewing available options with the third-party vendor responsible for these ticket sales.

That's a wrap. Thank you to everyone who made Saturday's Air Show a success. We hope you made lasting, positive memories. Thank you to everyone for the patience and support as Sunday's performances were cancelled due to the storms and devastating winds.

Coming to the Air Show Sunday? Pro-tip: While credit card machines are available, we recommend bringing cash to the flightline in case of service interruptions. No ATMs will be on site during the Air Show.
