WHAT: Camp will consistent of a different Parisi Methodolgy Topic Each Day. Accelertation/ Multi-Directional Speed/ Top Speed, paired with strength each day, along with fun and challenging game that goes along with the topic of the day. We will discuss focal points for each topic and your athlete will leave with a better understanding of all of these topics.
WHY: Each 5 day participatant will recieve a FREE Evaluation and T-Shirt. ($80 Value)
