What Supplements Do I Take? Here’s My Daily Stack.
One of the most common questions I get is, “What supplements do you take?” So here’s a breakdown of my daily intake and why I use each one:
✅ Morning Stack:
AMPLIFY Vitamin D3 (5000 IU) + K2 (100mcg) – For immune health, bone strength, and better absorption of calcium.
Momentus Tongkat Ali – Natural support for energy, performance, and hormonal balance.
AMPLIFY Beef Liver (3g) – A powerhouse of essential vitamins and minerals for overall vitality.
AMPLIFY Omega 3 (700mg, 430mg EPA, 280mg DHA) – Supports brain function, heart health, and reduces inflammation.
AMPLIFY Advanced Joint Repair – My knees have been talking to me lately, so I’ve added this for joint health and recovery.
AMPLIFY Zen Ashwagandha – I cycle this 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off to help with stress, cortisol regulation, and relaxation. (Currently on an off week.)
I drink this with a swig of farmhouse mango smoothie. One monthful and these all go down easily.
✅ Daily Training Essentials:
AMPLIFY Creatine (5-10g daily) – Helps with strength, endurance, and muscle recovery.
AMPLIFY PREMIUM WHEY Protein (24g daily) – Key for muscle growth and recovery.
AMPLIFY Charge Electrolyte Mix – Keeps me hydrated and replenishes essential minerals.
AMPLIFY Superfood Reds – Supports circulation, metabolism, and overall health.
✅ Pre-Workout Stack:
AMPLIFY Plasma Flux – A vasodilator for better blood flow and muscle pumps.
AMPLIFY Rings of Fury – High-stim pre-workout for energy and focus.
✅ As Needed:
AMPLIFY Superfood Greens – I’ll drink this when I feel like my digestion needs a boost or if my veggie intake has been low.
