Pilot episode. Honestly no clue at this moment, but have inner sensation to let it all out. This will be raw. Hi everyone!! Most of you know who I am (Compelled Fitness, fitness guy/coach). What you may not be fully aware of is my knowledge into the mental aspects that has allowed me to continue on my fitness/wellness journey and the ability to connect/empower those I have worked with. Goal of all of this is to give my experiences to help me reflect (place to vent) and by this give those who have either been pushed away or simply do not know how to start a chance to be their best version.
