WICHITA FALLS (June 14, 2026) –
The Wichita Falls NetBurners have announced today the decision to part ways with Derrick Harris as head coach.

The culture and vision of the NetBurners did not align with Harris’s. The goal of the organization is to prioritize positivity, accountability, and success. Harris was hired in December 2025 and coached in one exhibition game for the NetBurners.

Anthony Smith, who was originally hired as Vice President of Player Personnel, will takeover as head coach.
