Red River BJJ just wrapped up a week of back takes, controls, and submissions! 🥋

Friday Striking Class had former UFC Fighter, James Vick, in attendance sharing some technical knowledge with our Family. 👊🏽

We followed that training with our Adult Open Mat with 30 Professionals on the mats from Arizona, Guam, Florida, Missouri, DFW area, and our Wichita Falls, TX home crew!🤜🏽🤛🏽

Team Dinner was a great opportunity to wind down before we worked hard this morning with our RRBJJ Competition Team Training!🙌🏽
