A lot of people are rushing to get on GLPs before fixing the basics first.
Before you even think about taking a GLP, start getting your nutrition under control first.
➡️ Increase your protein
➡️ Cut back on the sugars and processed foods
➡️ Start moving your body daily
➡️ Build some kind of routine — walking, hiking, resistance training, anything
Because if you jump on a GLP without eating enough protein or exercising, there’s a good chance you’ll burn off muscle along with fat… and that’s where people end up feeling weak, tired, and gaining the weight back later.
GLPs can be a tool — but they’re not magic.
