volunteer and Give of there free time to keep this Art Form alive, as the Longbow is the smallest of the all of the bow use groups. The General Public is invited to get an hands on experience of shooting (with individual instruction ) a Real Longbow and Arrows for a small use fee.

The Las Vegas Fayre "The Age of Chilivery" has asked us "The Royal Welsh Archery" to attended their Show 0n October 7-8-& 9th, 2016 - there askin early - And so are we .. The Sat and Sun Dinners "Buffet" will be paid by the Guild >> Camping is allowed inside the guild area -
Day Temp's get to 90+, It's Very Cold there at night down to 50's, so bundle up, it gets to freezing, no kidding.
Hotels if you decide, are on you, "BOOK NOW" Call me or Email for more info..

* Notice - we leave in cravan on Oct 6th Thursday of the Week of Fayre.. 4am sharp .. it's all of 10+ hours to get there.

Royal Welsh Archery Guild "Use Fee's" Why we Charge ~This is a Volunteer Member operation a Collective effort by all. Yes we do charge a " Use Fee " to cover the cost of operating - All Fees Collected Go Back into the Guild operation, our Travel Expences are covered to and from our homes in San Leandro, Hayward, San Jose, Vallejo, Sacramento, Fresno,San Deigo, we car pool to and from the Various Fayre sites, Meals for the 12-18 members, yep travel 8-10-12 hours, set up 2 1/2 hrs, play 12-hrs, yes you get dinner, water and soft drinks, Hay Bales for Targets and Target Faces are Paid up front, we use 20, and can not be returned, and were charged a fee to get them halled away... Broken Arrows of Cedar, Hand Made. (Takes 4 hrs to make each arrow, Bows yes they are Real and made from Verious types of Real Hard Woods, each one, is a one of a kind, the banners hand made by our members. the 15 ft long War flags. and they do wear out, and need to be replaced... Comments are welcome - Master DeArrow - we don't charge for that - " Would like to hear from you " ...
