Our girls competed in their regional meet yesterday in Breckenridge.
All 3 girls worked their tails off to get here.
•Sophomore, Karli Sluder PR’d by 40lbs with a total weight of 585.
• Freshman, Sophia Pollard bombed out but has an amazing freshmen year!
•Sophomore, Lulu Turpen bombed out as well, but for never doing this sport before had an exceptional year!
Strong girls>>> 💪🏼

One more huge shout out to both Coach Sluders for stepping in and helping finish the girls powerlifting season. I know Karli must have loved having both her parents to be apart of her sophomore season!

📣Marcus will compete on March 12th @ Decatur High school for a chance to compete at the State meet in Abilene.📣

The boys had their first meet tonight. They were excited and nervous. I think tonight they underestimated how strong they truly are. Both PR’d on all their lifts and had a really good night!

Landry finished at 930lbs total
Marcus finished at 590lbs total

What a group of girls. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of girls to coach. How blessed are we to have such talented athletes and amazing teammates. We have many talented group sticking around and we will be back with a fire lit under our butts! 🔥
