The Anthony Wayne Athletic Boosters are a volunteer organization that funds projects benefiting AW student athletes by providing financial assistance to the athletic programs. The purpose of the Anthony Wayne Boosters Club is to foster the development of the Anthony Wayne student athletes by providing financial support to the athletic programs and awarding scholarships to college bound athletes. O
ver the last four years the boosters have provided $55,000 to Anthony Wayne Athletic Programs. The items purchased with the support allow the athletic programs to fill needs that they otherwise would not be able to purchase. Examples of items purchased include dugouts, scoreboards, and training equipment. The Booster Club has awarded $8,000 in scholarships for student athletes to attend post-secondary education.
