We offer a complete Self Defense curriculum at Fighting Dragon Kenpo that adapts the standard Karate, Lima Lama, Kenpo & Kickboxing techniques, curriculum and teaching strategies to best suit the specific needs of each student. Green Dragon Chuan fa “adapts” the standard Kenpo & Kung fu techniques and teaching strategies to modify our curriculum to best suit the specific needs of each student. You

will train in traditional martial arts which includes kicking, blocking, and striking, joint manipulation, tumbling and weaponry. Then you will apply these concepts to practical self defense situations, sparring and forms.
