We’re finalizing our summer schedule and filling groups now for another season of small-group training at The Hockey House! 🏒

Our first segment is projected for June 8–July 3 at TCO Sports Garden in Vadnais Heights — with options to extend into the next segment for players who want to train through the full summer.

This year’s small-group on-ice training is offered for: ▪️Squirts (9–11) ▪️Peewees (11–13) ▪️Bantams (13–15) ▪️High School (15–18) ▪️College/Pro ▪️Girls 9-11
▪️Girls 14-17

We’re also developing an off-ice training program taking place upstairs at TCO Sports Garden for select groups in collaboration with a strength and conditioning coach who spent over a decade working with NHL players. We’re excited to share more as this portion of the program continues to develop — it’s going to take our training to the next level. 💪

In the meantime, check out our website (it got a new look!) and be sure to pre-register for next season (it’s the best way to secure your spot!). Pre-registering doesn’t require any down payment, it simply helps us gauge demand for different age groups and allows us to start planning groups early.

We’re back after the holiday break, and we hope you had a chance to recharge and enjoy some well-deserved time off! Now it’s time to get after it as we dive into the second half of our summer sessions. We have had a great time so far with all of our skaters, and we’ve loved watching the progress and hard work. We hope you’ve had as much fun as we have and are feeling ready to finish strong!
