Protein intake can be the first thing to slip.
Grabbing whatever is quick. Skipping meals. Telling yourself you would make up for it later.
And we feel that.
Less energy. Harder workouts. Slower progress.
💪 Here’s the thing most people don’t realize…
If you’re not building the muscle you want, your workout probably isn’t the problem.
Most people are eating half of what they actually need.
A simple rule:
👉 Aim for 0.7–1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight every day.
For example:
🏋️ 180 lbs = 126–180 grams of protein per day.
Build every meal around protein first.
Think:
• Chicken
• Lean ground beef
• Eggs
• Greek yogurt
• Cottage cheese
Fill in the rest of your meal after that.
Get back to the basics!
No special tricks.
No magic supplements.
Just consistency with the fundamentals.
If your protein has been slipping, don’t wait until next Monday.
Start today.
