Public service announcement (PSA): The "toss to hit" drill is dead.

Every single attack you take is preceded by a contact skill (a pass, a dig, or a set).

Think about it:
Serve - Pass - Set - Attack
Block - Dig - Set - Attack

There is always a messy, imperfect, and game-realistic touch before the set.

Work on out-of-system offense with the libero, Joseph Virginio! In this drill, the libero positions as if delivering a set to the outside hitter, drawing the block, then flips and sets the right-side hitter instead. Focus on quick footwork, disguise, and accurate sets to keep the defense guessing.
