๐ŸฅŠ Every punch starts with the feet.

Even when youโ€™re working on a dummy, the goal is more than just landing strikes. This drill focuses on combining clean punches with purposeful footwork, moving in and out of range, staying balanced, and resetting your position after each combination.

The hands deliver the strike, but the feet put you in the right place to land it ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ

๐ŸฅŠ Itโ€™s not about how fast you can go. Itโ€™s about how well you can flow.

Working in the pocket helps develop timing, rhythm, and confidence at close range. The goal isnโ€™t to hurt your training partner. Itโ€™s controlled striking, staying relaxed, and learning how to move naturally from one technique into the next.

๐Ÿฅ‹ Balance is your first line of defense.

One technique every martial artist should continue developing is learning how to control their center of gravity. A strong base makes it harder to be pushed, pulled, or taken off balance while giving you a better position to react.

The more control you have over your own movement, the more control you have over the situation ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ
