🏆 BAYS VOLUNTEER OF THE MONTH — ROBYN COOPER! 🏆
BAYS is incredibly fortunate to have volunteers who don’t just show up for their own teams — they step up wherever they’re needed. Robyn Cooper is one of those people.
Robyn has been a dedicated BAYS soccer coach for multiple teams over multiple seasons, giving countless hours to our players and our soccer program.
But this season, she took “volunteer” to another level. Every Sunday, Robyn showed up to help mow the grass and maintain our fields so our athletes could practice and play on fields that were safe, well-kept, and ready for game day.
It’s the kind of work most people never see — but it makes an enormous difference. Robyn saw something that needed to be done and simply kept showing up to do it, week after week.
That is what going above and beyond looks like, and it’s exactly what makes a youth sports organization like BAYS work.
