How you know you have a good coach…
Not because they yell the loudest.
Not because they give you “hardcore” workouts.
Not because they post 37 reels a day.

A good coach is someone who understands context.

They don’t speak in absolutes…they speak in real life.
They invest in their craft.
They communicate clearly.
They make you feel heard.
And honestly…

They care about your progress like it’s personal.

Because it is.

If your coach checks these boxes…you’re in the right hands 🤝
If they don’t…

Which squat is best? Well what if I told you that was the wrong question?

The real question is… best for who, and for what goal?

✅ Bulgarians = single leg strength + low back friendly
✅ Box squats = control, consistency, confidence under load
✅ Front squats = upright + quad dominant + bracing
✅ Back squats = overall strength + long-term overload

Your limb length, torso, mobility, and training experience changes the answer.

Loading a barbell on your back/shoulders is a SKILL… earn it gradually.

Two weeks into the new year and this is usually where things start to shake out.

Not because people “lack discipline”…
but because most people try to change everything at once and then wonder why they burn out.

Here’s what I see over and over again 👇🏽

The people who stick with it don’t go harder…
they go slower.

They stop chasing perfect routines and start building repeatable habits.

And more importantly, they stop identifying as:
“I’m lazy”
“I’m weak”
“I’m just bad at this”

Because whether you like it or not, the story you tell yourself becomes the standard you live up to.

You don’t magically wake up motivated one day.
You start acting like the person who takes care of their health, even when it’s inconvenient, even when it’s imperfect.

Small decisions.
Low drama.
Repeated daily.

That’s how identities change.
That’s how bodies change.
That’s how this actually becomes sustainable.

Rome wasn’t built in a day…
but they laid bricks every single day.
