Sedona Race Pace Club (SRPC) is a year-round swim team in Sedona AZ serving youth ages 5 to 18, collegiate swimmers, masters swimmers, and pre-team novice swimmers. Our team of USRPT coaches, under the leadership of head coach Sean Emery, provide personalized swim training to help each swimmer perfect their swimming strokes and reach his or her full potential both in and out of the pool. Swimmers

get to experience improvements through game-like sets, individualized feedback, dryland fitness training, and participation in swim meets ranging from novice to international competitions. Experience an Athletic Awakening with USRPT Training:

While the average swim team practices physiology as the No. 1 blanket principle, our approach works better and faster because we prioritize the principles of specificity, individuality, and recovery in the optimal order of USRPT training which is 1.) Physiology.

PUMPKIN SPLASH IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER!

Registrations will be open for the Pumpkin Splash tomorrow, October 1.

Dive into free Halloween fun at our annual Pumpkin Splash! Families will make a splash as they jump in the pool to pick out their very own floating pumpkin. After the big splash, head over to our no-mess sticker station to decorate your pumpkin, then grab a goodie bag filled with fun Halloween favors to take home.

A free registration secures:
• a pumpkin and goody bag per ticket
• a chance to win a $250 Spirit Halloween gift card—perfect for picking out this year’s costumes for the whole family!

With championship season upon us, never forget this. Your times will be your times, but they don’t define you. Have FUN, give your best EFFORT, and be a great TEAMMATE. If you do that, you’ll make memories that’ll last well beyond your swim career. And it’ll be way more meaningful than a time.

Guess who’s going to compete in the State Championships this weekend? Good luck to Kaylee, Holly, and Amira — they’ve been working with precision and training diligently all season which is the win they take forward into into the rest of life. Now they get to tackle the final challenges between them and their goals of nerves, heat, and bringing their best practices into every event.

Update: she’s been working hard to master the fine points of her events and it shows! 4 best times out of 4 swims including a nearly 10-second time drop in 50 back alone! Way to swim, Zariah! Not just today, but every day, all season strong!

Update: she’s off to a great start with a 2.15 second time improvement in 50 free, beating the best time she made a few weeks ago.

Off to the Races! Good luck to Zariah, who is competing in Regionals tonight at Brophy pool in Phoenix. She’ll be swimming the 50’s — butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle. This picture is from last year when she was in the 10 & Under category
