Ladies, unless you are MEDICALLY unable to consume sweets ... there is NO reason to deny yourself the pleasure of SIMPLE snacks...
..you snack IN MODERATION!! As long as your snack is worked into your daily intake GOALS accordingly.... there is absolutely no reason for you to feel guilty indulging🍫🍭 in an occasional treat.
