Wanted to share what I've been breaking fast with lately...

Eggs scrambled with sardines/mackerel, tomatoes, onions, garlic, kale, and some sort of resistant starch.

Resistant starches are gold when it comes to supporting blood sugar balance, gut health, satiety, and sustained energy.

My starch of choice has been green plantain and Japanese sweet potato

Your breakfast should work for you, not against you.

My nutrition has been a little loose lately, but one thing I coach often is this: results are built through consistency, not perfection.

These abs didn’t stick around by luck, they’re a reflection of training intensity, increased volume, and staying committed even when everything isn’t “perfect.” 💪🏾

That said, physique is only part of the goal now. With HYROX Women's Pro only 4 months away, it’s time to tighten up nutrition to support performance, recovery, and endurance training at a higher level.

Reminder: you can’t out-train poor recovery or inconsistent fueling forever. Training and nutrition have to work together.
