✨AUGUST MEMBER SPOTLIGHT✨
We’re a few days late, hopefully it doesn’t count towards the final exam 🤭 This month we’re switching it up a little and shining the spotlight on a whole group of people - the educators in our gym community! As we start a new school year, we want to recognize the teachers, admins, counselors, support staff and all the women who pour into our students everyday!
Mackenzie McCartney is a 5th grade teacher at Sallie Humble Elementary. Christy Riser is an Adaptive PE teacher at WMHS. Allie Allbritton teaches 6th and 7th grade science at Claiborne Christian. Misty Wilson is also at Claiborne Christian teaching multiple subjects to 6th and 8th graders. And we can’t recognize our educators without mentioning our very own OG Educator and gym co-owner Jo Ellen Gilliland who taught 1st grade at Dew Elementary for several years before giving her life to women’s fitness.
These women spend their days solving problems, encouraging others and still somehow manage to squeeze in a few burpees with us!
We thank you for efforts. We see you. We appreciate you. And we hope you have an amazing 2026-27 school year!

Despite an average high of 98 degrees (not including the heat index) these ladies remained consistent in showing up for themselves! Help us out with a 👏 to show these ladies some love for making it onto the August 31 Strong list!! 🤩.

Miracle Millie Shirt Fundraiser

Our mission at TRIBE31 TRAINING is to equip women with strength in every season of life physically, mentally, and spiritually. We know that the strength they build in the gym will carry over into their everyday lives. One of our dear members, Madeline Millikin, is facing a huge mountain with the diagnosis of her newborn, Millie Kay, with Stage 4 Metastatic Neuroblastoma and undergoing chemotherapy. We know that she is one strong mama but she is not in this fight alone! She has a tribe of women praying for strength and peace that surpasses all understanding and, we believe in a wonder working God who still does miracles!!

🌟🌟JULY MEMBER SPOTLIGHT🌟🌟
Our member spotlight is hitting us all a little different this month. Madeline Millikin has been a member of Tribe 31 for several years and throughout that time she has always been the cutest little ray of sunshine! She has an infectious smile and a heart of gold! On June 17th, Madeline gave birth to a beautiful baby girl, Millie Kaye. Madeline and her husband, Carson, were over the moon! But they were informed quite quickly that their baby girl was very sick. After several tests, Millie Kaye was diagnosed with Stage 4 Metastatic Neuroblastoma. While this came as devastating news to the new parents, Madeline and Carson stood in their faith and continued to believe in a miracle working God! Millie Kaye is currently undergoing treatments in Houston and her parents are right by her side. While we are confident that Millie Kaye is a fighter and a miracle in the making, we also know that such extensive medical care is not free. Her gym family and many others have continued to pray for this wonderful family while also supporting them financially. But it’s a long road ahead.
