Hi Everyone!

Quick reminder: our first official UPWARD practice is this Saturday at 9:00 AM, with games to follow at 10:00 AM for both Flag Football and Cheer at Source Church.

What to bring

Water bottle (labeled)

Athletic shoes (no cleats with metal tips)

Comfortable sportswear

Optional: mouthguard for flag football

During tonight’s devotion, we learned about the gospel and a pretty cool way to share it!

G - God created us to be with Him.
O - Our sins separated us from God.
S - Sins cannot be removed by good deeds.
P - Paying for our sins Jesus died and rose again.
E - Everyone who believes in Him has eternal life.
L - Life with Jesus starts now and lasts forever!
