There is no need to talk about it to anyone else and dissipate your souls energy.

Once you have created and visualised and felt what it is you want within your own soul it is complete, finished and done.

What you have created in the unseen world will manifest and become your reality when you commit every breath you take and every ounce of energy you have to your mission and your vision.

You don't have time on this planet to waste making uncommitted decisions. It's time to take your power back and commit yourself to what it is you truly want.

You have the power to create whatever you want to create and that power comes from within your own soul and it starts with you standing up and declaring exactly what it is you want and committing your entire being to that outcome.

FIT TIP!!-- πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’¦ Losing as little as 2% of your body's water content can significantly impair physical performance.😲 I aim for at least half my body weight in ounces a day. Best time to drink water is in between meals not during. Try drinking half your body weight for a week and watch the difference.
* Water is essential for the kidneys and other bodily functions.
* When dehydrated, the skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and wrinkling.
* Dehydration can affect brain structure and function. It is also involved in the production of hormones and neurotransmitters. Prolonged dehydration can lead to problems with thinking and reasoning.
* Blood is more than 90 percent water, and blood carries oxygen to different parts of the body.
* It lubricates the joints. Cartilage, found in joints and the disks of the spine, contains around 80 percent water. Long term dehydration can reduce the joints shock absorbing ability, leading to joint pain. 😳πŸ’ͺ

πŸ’₯πŸ’₯FIT TIP OF THE DAY: are you trying to eat clean but have bad food cravings? Cravings are more important than we might think. They are the body’s method of telling you it is in need. Here are some typical food cravings, and what they can mean:
Salt – Mineral deficiencies or dehydration. (The body will crave salt to help retain water)
Sugar – Sugar cravings can be caused by protein or amino acids deficiencies, or the need for body or brain fuel.
Alcohol – Alcohol cravings can be caused by poor sugar metabolism, protein deficiency, or the need for body or brain fuel.
Bread or Pasta – Unbalanced blood sugar levels or the presence of an infection in the body.
Cheese – The body is lacking essential fatty acids, protein or amino acids.

Stuck in a Plateau? Not seeing anymore progress? Feel like you're maintaining? Well these could be part of the reasons for that. If you repeatedly do the same same weight, same angle and reps for a substantial amount of time, you are most likely plateauing. Every couple weeks you want to change how many reps ,sets, the angle of the exercise or even decreasing the rest time between exercises. You will start to see a change for sure! Also by training with me πŸ˜€ so you won't have to think and I'll be sure to challenge you! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ
