Before you move into your squat:

1. Set your alignment
2. Find your three-dimensional breath
3. Move through the exercise, maintaining your alignment and breath.

Need help improving your squat? Even if you don't squat at the gym, we all squat everyday: to sit into a chair, go to the bathroom, to pick up a child, etc.

If we squat non-optimally all throughout our day, this adds up over time putting strain on our joints. Let OES assess and help re-train how you squat!
