Wow! To say we are proud would be an understatement. These girls showed up this weekend and fought hard. They went 5-1 and walked away with our first tournament win!!! They’ve always fell just a bit short but this weekend, they ALL worked together and made it happen!
Each girl on the team contributed in some way whether it was making a stellar play on defense or hitting a ball when we needed it most. They all showed us what they are truly capable of and it was so fun watching them.
We definitely want to give a special shout out to Freese! She pitched four of our games this weekend and was absolutely fantastic. She worked hard and never gave up! You’ve got something special, kid!
Way to go, girls!!
Also, congratulations to the 12-Open Blitz and 12-C Blitz on being Champions, too!!

Girls did a wonderful job all around today, hitting, baserunning, defense and pitching!!

End up 3-1 headed into our 3rd game of bracket play tomorrow at 12:30!!

MVPs today were our pitchers who went out and did their thing! Way to go Freese, Kylee and Layla!

Another day of ball in Toledo IL playing against some new teams. Today we had our focus on hustle, effort and attitude and had some girls show out!

Bryar - had a day today at the plate and some impressive plays on defense she came out with our hustle recognition.

Layla Erwin, Freese & Kylie performed wonderfully in the circle today and got our effort recognition.

Harper was our team’s biggest supporter, leading in the dugout and on the field and came out with our attitude recognition.
