United Fall Captains Practices start next week!

Fall Captains Practices are open to 9–12 grade players from West Fargo High, Sheyenne, and Horace who intend to try out for the 2026–2027 West Fargo United Girls Hockey team.

This is a great opportunity to get on the ice, build relationships with teammates, and prepare for the upcoming season.

Congratulations to West Fargo United captain Payton Stocker on being named Sheyenne High School’s 2025-26 Student of the Year!

A state champion athlete, outstanding student, and incredible leader, Payton has represented United with excellence in every way possible. We are so proud of all she has accomplished and can’t wait to see what’s ahead!

SHEYENNE HIGH SCHOOL'S Student of the Year for 2025-26 is Payton Stocker. She was honored at the Club's Spring Student Recognition Luncheon held on Wednesday, May 13th.

Payton is a four-time academic letter winner, two-sport athlete, and has maintained a 4.25 GPA while attending Sheyenne. She is involved in NTHS and FBLA in addition to serving as a two-time captain of the state champion West Fargo United hockey team, and a three-time captain of the state champion Mustang golf team for which she has played for six seasons (five-time all-EDC, four-time all-state, two-time individual EDC champion and individual state runner-up). She was Sheyenne's Student of the Month for February 2026 as well.

Payton will be attending the University of North Dakota where she plans to major in finance while playing Division I Women's Golf for the Fighting Hawks.
