Summer's over. Your Rocks don't care.

Q4 is where the year gets decided. If your leadership team drifted a little in July and August, that's normal — this is the reset.
Three things to do before your next Quarterly:
1. Review your Rocks. Which ones are on track, off track, or quietly dead? Be honest.
2. Reset your Scorecard. If a number hasn't been red or green in weeks, it's not measuring anything.
3. Recommit to your L10. Same day, same time, every week.

You don't need a new plan. You need to run the one you already have.
What's the one Rock you're refocusing on this fall?

Look at this room. 🙌
Every hand in the air belongs to a leader who's carrying something: a company, a team, a vision for what's next. And every one of them showed up because they believe the future can be better than the present.
That's the part I love most about the work I do. Not the tools, not the meetings, not the Rocks (though I do love the Rocks). It's watching people go from "I hope this works out" to "I know exactly where we're headed and how we're going to get there."
The future doesn't have to be a guessing game. When your leadership team is aligned on vision, disciplined in ex*****on, and healthy enough to have real conversations, hard problems get simpler. That's the whole idea behind The Easy Button. Not that running a business is easy, but that there's a simpler way to do it, and it starts with clarity.
To everyone in this photo: thank you for bringing the energy, the honesty, and the willingness to grow. The next chapter is going to be a good one.
If you're ready to make your future feel a little less like chance and a little more like a plan, The Easy Button is a great place to start. darylbraham.com

As we close out summer, a quick one before you head into the long weekend.
Somewhere between June and now, your quarter happened. Rocks got set. Some got done, some got pushed, and a few got quietly rewritten in your head around mid-July.
That's not failure. That's a business being run by actual humans.
But before the pace picks back up, take five minutes this weekend and be honest with yourself: what actually moved forward this summer, and what just felt busy?
Because the fall is where the year gets decided. One Quarterly, one set of Rocks, and a leadership team that's either aligned or isn't.
So enjoy the last long weekend of the season. Unplug. Then come back Tuesday ready to finish this year on purpose.

EOS is here to support how you lead.
Not replace it. Not box it in.
I hear the worry sometimes: "If I run EOS, will my company lose its personality? Will I have to lead like someone else?"
No. The opposite, actually.
The tools—your V/TO, your Scorecard, your L10, your Rocks—don't dictate your style. They clear the noise so your style can finally show up. Fewer fires. Fewer surprises. Fewer meetings that go nowhere.
What's left is you, leading the way you were built to lead, with a team that's finally rowing in the same direction.
That's the point. Structure isn't the enemy of great leadership. It's what makes room for it.
How are you leading differently since you got traction?

This is what growth looks like.
Not a lecture. Not a one-way presentation. A round table — where every person brings a challenge, every person brings an insight, and everyone leaves sharper than they walked in.
This is the power of masterminding with the right peers. You don't have to figure it out alone, and you shouldn't have to.
Build bigger, together.

Good conversation this week with a colleague about The EOS Life — and it was a good reminder: some books aren't meant to be read once.
They're meant to be revisited.
Every time I go back to this one, something new hits different depending on where I'm at. That's kind of the whole point of living intentionally — you don't "arrive," you keep coming back to what matters.
When's the last time you picked up a book that changed how you think... and actually reread it?

EOS will change your life, only if you let it! The freedom of building a life around what you love, instead of building your life around a job. Grateful for this and unexpected opportunities to catch a movie with my daughter.

Friday check-in: how'd your week score on the Scorecard? 📊
If you hit your numbers — go celebrate loud.
If you missed a few — good news, Monday's a fresh IDS session waiting to happen.
Either way, you showed up, you led your team, and you're one week closer to your Rock. That's a win in my book.
Have a great weekend, everyone — recharge, because next week's L10 isn't going to run itself. :)
