2026 Cincy Metro C Championship – 8U Division Champions!

What a weekend in Lebanon for the Miami Valley Xpress 2035 girls! The sun was blazing all weekend, and it’s probably safe to say everyone is heading to bed tonight with a little extra red tint from the heat and sunshine.

Saturday Pool Play

The girls came out focused and took care of business, finishing 2-0 and earning the #1 seed in their pool.

Central Ohio Prospects – 16-3
Cincy Doom – 11-0

Sunday Bracket Play

The bats stayed hot and the girls rolled through bracket play with three exciting wins:

Sassy Sluggers – 16-0
Batesville Bombers – 22-12
Miami Valley Legends – 12-11

The championship game was a battle, but the girls showed tremendous grit and determination to pull out the win and bring home the hardware!

The girls were all smiles as they took home some championship jewelry and celebrated another fantastic weekend together. Big thanks to Harper S for filling in as we’re down a couple kids!

A big shout-out to the lucky peanut 🥜 that accompanied the girls all weekend long. The peanut remained undefeated and will certainly be invited back!

Congratulations, girls! Your hard work, teamwork, and determination were on full display all weekend. We couldn’t be more proud of this group and all they accomplished!

A rainy weekend at Berliner, but the Xpress 2035 girls came ready to play!

The girls had a very strong pool play day:
Muskingum Valley Cyclones W 15-0
Viking Elite W 19-5

Bracket play opened with a hard-fought battle against the Olentangy Cubs. The girls battled until the very end and pulled out a HUGE 9-8 win thanks to a clutch inside-the-park, walk-off home run by our very own Paige K!

In the semifinals, we faced Alpha Academy. Another tough battle, but we couldn’t quite pull ahead, falling 14-7.

This weekend also brought the girls their first experience playing in heavy rain, and they handled it like champs!

One of the best parts of the weekend was seeing some older Xpress girls come support the littles, while the younger girls got to stay and cheer on the bigs. That’s what the Xpress family is all about! 💙❤️

A VERY BIG congratulations to Avery, Olivia, Madden, and Paige!!

Their AAU Basketball team earned the #1 seed going into AAU Nationals in Knoxville! What an incredible accomplishment and so exciting to see all of your hard work paying off!

Your Xpress coaches and teammates are so proud of you girls and can’t wait to cheer you on at Nationals!

Xpress 2035 hits the road and DOMINATES in Hammersville! These girls showed out, finishing the weekend a perfect 4-0!

Game Results:
• Flash — 20-2
• Dusters — 8-7
• Flash (again) — 16-3
• SW Outlaws — 8-3

💣 Home Run Shoutouts:
Avery, Olivia, and Mila all had home runs!

Biggest moment of the weekend:
Down late against the Dusters, the girls rallied back and sealed the deal with a walk-off hit by Kenley!

Kenley and Madden both took home game balls for their awesome performance!

Championship Game:
We battled it out with our hometown neighbors, the Southwest Outlaws, and came out on top to bring home the hardware!

Proud is an understatement. These girls competed, supported each other, and never backed down all weekend.

Xpress 2035 hit the road to Grove City today for the Breaking Stigmas Tournament and what a day it was.

Four absolute dogfights:
Lightning Fastpitch: L 15–16
Ohio Outlaws: L 9–14
Vikings Elite: W 11–4
Ohio Outlaws: L 4–7 (semifinal)

This group showed a ton of grit all day long. Big-time defensive plays, strong bats, and never backing down no matter the score. The effort and fight from these girls was something to be proud of.

We came up just short of the finals, but there’s a lot to build on.

Next stop: Hammersville. Back to work and ready to battle again. 💪🥎
