🚨Chamionship night at Tomah Sparta recap🚨
First off, sorry for the very late post. Anyways we started out practice with a tight but fast car, and ended 2nd in both practices.

We loosened the car up for qualifying and had an even faster car, and TIED for fastest which very rarely happens. But they unfortunately gave it to the other person.

Now it’s race time. I started the first feature 6th, and got to the front quickly and pulled to a straightaway lead until a caution came out. After that we went green and another car got under me and we played follow the leader. I ended 2nd in that race.

In the second feature I also started 6th and got to the front again. The other car was able to get under me and we stayed about the same length away from each other until I self spun by driving it in to hard. I went to the back and started passing quickly. I was able to make my way to 3rd and finished there.

We are still unsure of championship results but believe we won it. More on that later.

It’s championship night at Tomah Sparta Speedway! We are leading points by 18 and are hoping we can come home with a championship. Come on out and watch us get that championship! Racing starts at 7!

🚨Dells raceway recap🚨
We started the practice out with a VERY loose car. On one of the laps I came out of turn 4 and spun and another car hit me. The only damage that I had was a hole in my hood and a bent bumper. I was able to finish out the first practice and ended 9th. We got my car tightened up for the second practice and was still loose but ended 10th.
We tightened my car up even more for qualifying and ended up 9th.
I was in the second heat and started 6th. On the first lap coming out of turn 2 I went three wide with me in the middle and got up to 3rd. Then it took me about one lap to get up to second. Then I got to the leaders bumper and couldn’t make a move because a car got to my inside on the last lap. Coming out of turn 4 the car got loose on my inside and I got loose on the outside but was able to correct it and ended P3.
In the feature I started on the pole and led the first two laps until a caution came out and my car started running poorly. Then my car shut off by itself and I rolled to turn two and got a push off the track. On the top of the ramp there were several people there to see what was wrong. They saw that there was oil everywhere. That’s where our night ended. We got back to the pit to see what really happened and the oil filter was loose and that the motor was locked up. Ended the feature 13th twelve laps down.
