The Reset Ritual at the studio includes a 40min sauna session where all you have to do is slow down and rest. You set the temperature, the color of the light to set the vibe, and connect to Bluetooth to control the 🎶

Back in January (better to post late than never 😂) we celebrated the opening of Trained X Laura Studio with the Mayor of West Allis with a ribbon cutting ceremony! ✂️

I love reflecting back to the beginning. It helps remind me of how all of this hard work continues to pay off. Sometimes I get wrapped up in the busy day to day that I forget where we started and how far we've come.

I couldn't dream of a better career, a better community, and a better place to call home for our members. 💜
